Delivery : Orders Shipped within UK
Free standard delivery on all orders over £30 (UK Mainland)
To ensure your order is with you when you need it we offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs:
Standard Postage
Our standard postage charge on orders within the UK is dependent on weight and has four different bands shown below:

Delivery time on this service is 2-3 working Days from dispatch (unfortunately we do not dispatch at weekends), via Royal Mail or a courier company for larger items. If you're out when the parcel is delivered a card will be left to notify you and you can arrange re-delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail sorting office when it is suitable for yourself.
Once shipped you will receive an automated dispatch email letting you know your parcel is on it's way.
Please note : With this delivery option we will have to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non arrival of your goods.
Next Working Day (Tracked)
For those last minute emergencies we offer a next working day service, which guarantees that orders placed before 2pm on the day will be delivered within 24 hours, Next Working Day (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
The Cost of this service is only £6.95.
This service requires a signature. If there is no answer, a calling card will be left and the recipient can arrange re-delivery or collection from their local depot.
Delivery : Delivery Outside UK
Delivery charges on orders outside the United kingdom are calculated on the volumetric weight of the order.
Please add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and follow the checkout process. You will be given an international shipping quote after details for a delivery destination is entered and before you are asked for payment details. There will be a standard option or an express option with tracking number. Larger parcels will be dispatched via DHL, UPS or Fedex and one shipping charge is quoted for this.
