Unfortunately some items will be temporarily out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. Please be advised that we can tell you when a product will be back in stock. Tip - We often take repeat deliveries of popular products. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again. If you want to request an item that is currently out of stock, there is a button which will take you onto a request form for that particular item.

Can I change my order?

This will depend on the status of your order. We will try our best to change any orders that you may have with us. You can change an order by contacting us here.

Where is my order?

If you contact us we will update you on the whereabouts on your order. By registering an account with us, you will be able to track orders online yourself by simply typing in your email and chosen password. You can register an acount with us by clicking here.  

How do I return an item(s) to you?

If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. After this time has elapsed all other faults are the responsibility of the manufacturer, but we will be happy to assist you. We will either refund you in full or exchange the faulty product free of charge. Please return the faulty product(s) to the address below and any postage costs incurred will be refunded in full. Please do mark parcels with "returns".
