
For your convenience we have categorised our products by Children's TV Character e.g. Noddy, Brand e.g. Golden Bear, Product type e.g. Soft toy, Age and Price.
To select a category go to our browse box on the top left hand side of the screen.
Each category is to be selected in turn or the browse box will reset, so you can look for a Noddy backpack, under £10 for a child aged 2 years or over.
You can also click on Character Shops to view all our ranges.
If you accidentally select an incorrect category or would like to start your browse again please press the reset button on the browse box. Alternatively return to the homepage.
If you see a particular product you like, the process for adding the item to your cart is very easy. If the product is in stock, an 'Add to Cart' image will be present. Clicking on this will automatically add your item to the cart. From the cart page, you can then change the quantity of the product, remembering to update the cart as necessary.
Simply type the item you are looking for in the search box at the left of the page and the results shall be displayed to you on a new page
If an item is out of stock, an image will be displayed saying so. A short message will also be shown next to the product name. You can click on “ask a question” to be taken to a form to ask any question with regards to the product. By clicking on submit, your request for that item will be sent to Mail Order 2000.
When you have finally finished your shopping, the first stage of the checkout process will be to fill in a number of fields. The main set are related to customer and shipping addresses. Once these have been filled out in the correct way, you then have an option for gift wrap, to be remembered next time you visit and also to add a message to the gift. The next stage would be to choose an appropriate shipping option for the delivery.
At checkout you can opt to pay by Credit/Debit card, Paypal, Google Checkout or Cheque.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will then proceed to a page to enter your details. All this is carried out on a secure server with the highest level of security available. After entering in your details, the next pages will confirm order details. By clicking on submit, your order will be sent through and a confirmation page shall appear.
If you have paid by cheque, please print this final page out and send to the address that's on the bottom of the page.
Simply go to 'Your Account' and select the option to create a new account. Fill in your details on the page and click on submit. An activation email will now be sent to the email account you chose. From here, please follow the link in the email to activate your account.
By registering you shall be able to check all orders, save carts and then come back to them later to complete the process.
