What info do we collect and why?

1st for Toys securely stores and collects your personal information in various ways:

  • When you register with us we ask for your name, address, delivery address, e-mail address, and if you place an order via the telephone, your Card Details. We keep a record of this information. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as a registered customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us. We have a number of security procedures in place to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Payment for all on-line Credit/Debit Card orders is taken via Protx, our Secure On-Line payment System. With this system in place no sensitive customer details come through our database.
  • We keep a track of your purchases with us so we can send you the most relevant offers and resolve any issues you may have with your order quickly and effectively

The data we collect about you is only used for fulfilling and improving the services we offer you. We are committed to using your personal information only for:
