Return of Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. We will either refund you in full or exchange the faulty product free of charge.

After this time has elapsed all other faults are the responsibility of the manufacturer, but we will be happy to assist you.

Return of Unwanted Products

We are sure that you will be more than happy with the quality of our products. But In the unlikely event that you decide to return your item under the 30 day money back guarantee, we would respectfully request that you ensure the item is in the Original Undamaged Packaging and Unused. We do not refund shipping costs and all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest date.
