Return of Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. After this time has elapsed all other faults are the responsibility of the manufacturer, but we will be happy to assist you. We will either refund you in full or exchange the faulty product free of charge.

Return of Unwanted Products

We are sure that you will be more than happy with the quality of our products. But if you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase then please do not hesitate to return it within 30 days, simply return the product(s) to the address below. When returning an item please make sure that you include all original packaging, parts and instructions. We do not refund shipping costs and all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest date.
