I am usually really sceptical about buying products on line with a company I am not that familiar with, however I thought I would give you the benefit of the doubt and placed an order for Sam the firemans hat. My order arrived within a couple of days and I was very happy with the prompt service. In the meantime, and with christmas fast approaching, I went shopping at my local stores to purchase Sam's fire engine for my little girl. She has her heart set on getting it and has been telling everyone that's what Santa was bringing her. Every store was sold out; furthermore I was told that it was highly unlikely that there would be any more stock in until after Christmas! I rang your company on the off chance that you may have one and spoke to a delightful girl who said that she thought that they were out of stock too but would check with the warehouse. Instead of keeping me on hold, she said she would call me back; within minutes she phoned back to say that you had one. I would like to say a huge thank you to her, not only for getting me out of an awkward situation, but for her polite and helpful manner; she really did go the extra mile, which will bring a big smile to a little girl on Christmas morning. I will, without question, come to 1st for toys first for any future purchases and will be highly recommending you to everyone I know.

My son is turning three on Saturday, and I ordered a Cry-Baby Timmy for him as he loves the Shaun the Sheep program (and so do us adults!). Being we are in the states(New York) I was worried it wouldn't get here in time.

My worries were put to rest when it arrived within ten days, much shorter time than I had thought. I have already played with him, and it is absolutely adorable! It is very difficult for us to get these toys in the states and your company was the only one who provided them. So again, I thank you and will definately recommend your company.
