Just like to say a big thank you for processing my internet order so effiecntlyand speedily. I ordered a Thomas sleepover bag and Fifi bedhead on sunday last. I then called monday to check if it was in stock and was told yes no probelm. I had only got the regular postage not the next day so I was very pleased to see it all arrive on Tuesday. I am also very pleased by the way my phone calls were handled, very polite, efficient, personal and totally customer focused. Nothing was too much of a problem.
